POSITION OBJECTIVE

As a member of the patient care team, the Registration Clerks and Ward Clerks support the department under the direction of the Clinical Manager or delegate. This role is responsible for a wide range of administrative duties, including clerical support and coordination of inquiries. Serving as the primary point of contact for patients, families, and NH team members, they ensure efficient processes, clear communication, and timely assistance, contributing to a seamless care environment and a positive patient experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Completion of a Medical Office Administration Program or Medical Terminology course
