Job Title: Registered Practical Nurse

Wage Range: $37.972 to $39.970 per hour

POSITION OBJECTIVE

Working to promote nursing excellence, quality patient/client-centred care and high professional standards, the Registered Practical Nurse will provide care through the therapeutic application of skills, knowledge, abilities and nursing standards, while collaborating with other healthcare team members. The objective of the Registered Practical Nurse is to provide safe and competent care through the application of nursing knowledge, the technical aspects of professional practice and the demonstration of compassion, professionalism and respect.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current BCLS certification
