This job is a first‑level supervisor supervising approx. 10‑25 employees and typically reports to a second‑level manager. The supervisor provides direct supervision to non‑exempt employees performing routine work within a single function or work group, offers input into annual plans/objectives, enforces policies, contributes to policy development, executes budgets, develops schedules, and ensures compliance with policies and procedures. The role is accountable for meeting unit goals, maintaining performance standards, and ensuring timely and quality product output.
