Position Title

1.0 FTE Temporary Full-Time Teacher – Food Studies (Grades 8‑12), Culinary Arts (Grades 10‑12) and Humanities (Grade 8)

Location: PRINCETON SECONDARY SCHOOL, Nicola‑Similkameen School District

Start Date: September 1, 2026 – End Date: April 27, 2027.

Required Qualifications

• Training and experience working with grade‑level students.
• Experience adapting materials, resources, assessments and learning outcomes for student needs.
• Valid BC Teaching Certificate and familiarity with BC Curriculum.
• Teaching category five or higher.

• Commitment to supporting a variety of learning needs.
• Experience/training in supporting the social‑emotional learning needs of students.
