Legal Counsel – Bilingual

position to provide legal services and representation to HRLSC clients, including at mediations and hearings before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario (HRTO). Some travel may be required.

Qualifications Human rights expertise, knowledge and familiarity with legal issues, including discrimination, and the ability to litigate before administrative tribunals in both English and French.

Responsibilities

Provide legal services and representation to clients, including mediations and hearings before the HRTO.

Litigate before administrative tribunals in English and French.
