About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced, proactive, organized Seasonal Garden Centre Manager to lead day-to-day store operations during our peak season. Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence

• Oversee daily activities to ensure the garden centre is clean, organized, and visually appealing, following company merchandising guidelines.

• Support inventory processes: receiving, stocking, rotating, and merchandising live goods and related products.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, motivate, and supervise a seasonal team, ensuring all staff follow company policies and procedures.

• Build daily staffing plans, provide hands‑on training, and manage schedules and task assignments.
