Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist

Location: Lakeridge Health Oshawa & Ajax-Pickering (positions available at both sites)

Wage Schedule: $38.350 - $53.280 per hour

Recruitment Incentive: Candidates with >2 years of experience may be eligible for a $10,000 incentive for Permanent Full‑Time positions or $5,000 for Permanent Part‑Time positions. Newly graduated clinicians with <2 years of experience may be eligible for a $5,000 incentive for Permanent Full‑Time positions or $2,500 for Permanent Part‑Time positions. Incentive available until June 30, 2026.
