Key Responsibilities
1. 3PL Vendor Management & Operations
Execute client’s order by working by contracted 3PL based on agreed SLAs
Act as the primary lead for all external logistics partners, including warehouse providers and refrigerated transport carriers.
Monitor and manage 3PL performance through rigorous KPIs (OTIF, temperature compliance, inventory accuracy).
Conduct regular operational reviews and on-site inspections of provider facilities to ensure operational excellence and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
2. Cold-Chain Integrity & Quality Oversight
Oversee the end-to-end cold-chain process for vaccines (2°C to 8°C, -20°C, and Ultra Low Temperature), ensuring providers utilize validated thermal packaging and calibrated monitoring equipment.
Manage the validation and qualification of 3PL cold rooms and refrigerated fleets across Chile.
