Job Overview:
Our client is looking for a 3PL Logistics Operations Analyst to support the daily data integrity, performance monitoring, and reporting of their third-party logistics network. In this role, you will serve as the primary “eyes and ears” on freight and fulfillment data to ensure SLAs are met across DTC, Amazon, and Retail channels.

Responsibilities:

Own 3PL Performance & Cost Reporting

• Pull and analyze daily/weekly 3PL performance reports (ShipBob, Stord, etc.)
• Track delivery exceptions, induction failures, and aged orders
• Build and maintain performance dashboards (pivot tables, exception tracking)
