Insight Global is hiring an Accident Benefits Clerk on behalf of a boutique civil law firm in Toronto that has been serving the community for over 35 years. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, dedicated legal team that values precision, client advocacy, and long-term relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Statutory Accident Benefits (SABS) and Legal Expense Insurance (LET), and will play a key role in supporting the firms personal injury and civil litigation practice.

Key Responsibilities

 Assist lawyers in managing accident benefits files, including intake, documentation, and follow-up.

 Review and organize medical records, insurance forms, and legal documents related to SABS and LET claims.
