Under the supervision of the Director, the Account Manager plays a key role in managing commercial insurance files. The Account Manager is responsible for consistently delivering an exceptional client experience by handling renewals, new business, endorsements, certificates and other insurance documents. The Account Manager works closely with the Account Executive to maintain a high level of service for our clients.
Renewals
Manage the client renewal list according to deadlines and schedules
Respect renewal timelines while providing expert advice to ensure optimal solutions and conditions
Analyze and update renewal files, including insurance limits, coverages and underwriting information
Actively participate in remarketing accounts during renewals, including gathering relevant information, proposals and questionnaires
