Located in Montreal, Canada, you will work alongside our experienced Enterprise team to support key account clients with event booking from briefing to contract signing, and deployment of our solution.
Responsibilities
- Support customers in meeting their needs for seminars, team trips, and corporate events.
- Qualify and process leads from briefings to closing via our platform.
- Carry out targeted commercial actions to develop our offering within the assigned account.
- Work towards achieving individual and collective objectives.
- Propose improvements to internal processes and tools.
- Be proactive in proposing actions to roll out our offering.
- Participate in strategic discussions about Naboo.
Qualifications
- Initial experience as an account manager in the hotel or events industry.
- Strong customer service orientation, responsive and organized.
