Accounting Analyst

Position Purpose

Accounting Analyst - prepares the bank conciliations of 14 accounts on a monthly and periodic basis (14 for US books and 14 for MEX books), loads the journal entries related to insurance amortization (medical, life and fire insurance). In addition, records the accrual of following expenses: security guards, alarms, garbage recollection, cleaning service and audit services of Datazone, Zone Compra and the CAT. This person keeps the check list of standard journal entries updated during the closing period and ensures that it is completed.

Primary Accountabilities

• Act as the main communication channel with the stores and the areas involved for the client refund procedure.
• Answer store requests for information related to refund requirements or status within the same day or next working day.
