**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Accounts Payable - Trade and SGA: Perform three-way matching and validate purchase orders to ensure proper recording and classification of transactions.
- Document financial transactions by recording accounting information.
- Upload supporting documentation to SAGE ERP.
- Create data backups to safeguard financial information and upload supporting documents into SAGE ERP (invoices, approved POs, quotes, approvals, item receipts, and/or evidence of service delivery).
- Prepare cash requests and create payments to end suppliers, verifying information and requesting reimbursements as needed.
