Responsibilities

• Accounting Support: Assist in recording invoices, tracking expenses, and performing basic bank reconciliations.
• Administrative Support: Manage digital filing systems, handle correspondence, and provide office logistics support.
• Account Control: Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable under direct supervision.
• Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and month-end closing processes.
• Communication: Interact with vendors and international teams (occasionally in English).
