Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounting Associate to join a fast-paced finance team. In this role, you will provide accurate and timely financial and administrative support to ensure efficient and effective financial operations. What You Will Do Accurately record accounts payable transactions across multiple entities using accounting systems, ensuring timely and organized data entry. Record and report daily cash receipts and prepare bank reconciliations. Prepare and process accounts payable checks and electronic payments, including use of banking platforms for payment verification and transaction research. Assist in maintaining the general ledger by reconciling accounts, preparing journal entries, and ensuring proper allocation of expenses and revenues.
