The position of Accounting Clerk involves providing administrative support primarily for Accounts Payable and Purchasing functions. You will collaborate with the accounting team, assisting with tasks such as processing invoices and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities:
• Review and process purchase orders and expense reports
• Assist with vendor account reconciliation and discrepancies
• Maintain an organized accounts payable filing system
• Sort incoming mail and manage cheque runs
• Enter invoices accurately into the accounting system
