The City of Salmon Arm is accepting applications for a Permanent Full Time Accounting Clerk II (Accounts Receivable) to join our team! Reporting to the Manager of Finance, this position assists in providing Accounts Receivable Administration tasks including creating and sending invoices, processing payments (cash, checks, credit cards), account reconciliation, resolving discrepancies, following up on overdue accounts, data maintenance and additional administrative support.
The Accounting Clerk II (Accounts Receivable) is responsible for ensuring that the financial and accounting records of the City of Salmon Arm are accurately maintained in accordance with City policies, procedures and bylaws. The Accounting Clerk II also provides support to the Chief Financial Officer.
