We are hiring an **Accounting Intern** who will be supporting **two Maquiladora plants** (Reynosa & Tijuana) with the support of two plant controllers as well as U.S. based teammates.
**As an intern, you will be**:- Prepare Balance Sheet account reconciliations.
- Elaborate manual journal entries to reflect daily operations in the ERP.
- Support month-end closing activities related to accounting.
- Participate on Balance Sheet reviews, being able to explain account balances, including supporting documentation.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
**Who you are**:**Required Skills and Competencies**- Currently studying a bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- To graduate at least on December ****.
- Availability to work from 7am - 4pm (flexible).
