Accounting Manager

to join a dynamic public accounting team based in Edmonton, Alberta. The Accounting Manager will lead client engagements, manage financial reporting, and oversee tax preparation and audit tasks for a diverse portfolio of clients, including privately held companies, owner-managed businesses, and non-profit organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on accounting solutions and provide value-added recommendations.

Lead and execute client engagements, including the planning and accurate preparation of financial statements.

Perform audit procedures and prepare working papers for financial statement audits.

Prepare personal (T1) and corporate (T2) tax returns in compliance with Canadian regulations.

Review small to medium-sized engagements to ensure quality and timeliness.
