Position Summary: Accounting Manager

Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, the incumbent Accounting Manager will supervise workers and tasks in the organization’s accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll functions. They will monitor the work done to calculate amounts owed or due, to receive or distribute invoices or bills, to maintain records of payments to or from the organization and they will investigate and correct errors and discrepancies, working with either directly in the ERP system or with IT Technical Support to make system corrections. The incumbent will assist the Finance team in covering the reception and accounts receivable and payable duties as needed during staff absences.
