Toronto, ON – Fully Onsite $100K–$120K base + bonus We’re partnering with a growing real estate investment and property management company seeking an Accounting Supervisor / Manager to join their finance team. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing the accounting operations for a portfolio of residential and commercial properties while mentoring a small team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day property accounting operations Review financial statements, reconciliations, and journal entries Assist with month-end, year-end, budgeting, and forecasting Supervise and mentor accounting staffReview CAM recoveries, tenant reconciliations, and property tax adjustments Support audits, process improvements, and system enhancements Qualifications
