General bookkeeping from transactional recordings Processing of payments. General correspondence and filing. Administrative and organizational duties. Preparation of Bank reconciliations A/R and A/P. Complete month end closings. Other related tasks. Qualifications

College diploma in related field. 3 years of experience in a similar position. Prior experience working with accounting software (QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, Sage 50, Writeup, Acc Pac and others).
