Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their growing accounts department to deal with their expanding group company accounts . The applicant must be a team player, have experience of accounting procedures and have a positive can do attitude. Some knowledge of US accounting processes would be advantageous but not mandatory. Responsibilities Day to day processing of purchase and sales ledgers, journals, and spreadsheets Monitoring bank accounts and all transactions including monthly reconciliations. Prepare general ledger accounts reconciliations. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, month end and yearly accounts and tax returns. Assist with all other administrative duties and various finance tasks as required. Requirements Fluent in Spanish and English Background in accounting and accounting qualifications are preferable.
