Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
• Process and document interior design invoices
• Coordinate and arrange timely payments to vendors and suppliers
• Perform monthly financial data analysis and prepare management reportsPrepare and submit annual tax documentation and support audit processes
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST and CPF submissions
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial transactions
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
