Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping is hiring an Accounts Payable Administrator for a 2-month contract in Windsor, Ontario. Specialize in timely invoice management and vendor relations.
In this role, you will manage invoice processing, resolve discrepancies efficiently, and oversee cheque runs. Strong organization and self-motivation are key, along with a solid knowledge of spreadsheet programs and the Microsoft Office Suite. You will also liaise with vendors concerning open invoices and any arising issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process invoices accurately with a three-way match
• Resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Conduct weekly cheque runs for payments
• Reconcile vendor statements systematically
• Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payments
