Account Payable Specialist
Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco
Key Responsibilities - Creating invoices and tracking them.
- Developing the payment schedule.
- Managing discrepancies in invoices or payments.
- Maintaining effective communication for issue resolution and smooth transactions.
- Prioritizing tasks and meeting established deadlines.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure an efficient accounts payable process.
Qualifications - English proficiency level: Intermediate (C1-C2).
- Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 1–3 years of experience in similar roles.
Soft Skills - Time management.
- Problem solving.
- Teamwork.
Technical Skills - Advanced Excel.
- QuickBooks.
Schedule - Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5:30pm onsite.
