Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Administrator
Our client located in the West end of Toronto is hiring an Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Administrator for a 3‑4 month contract, with a possibility for permanent conversion. The role requires an immediate start and attendance in the office five days a week.
Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support for both AR and AP functions.
- Set up new vendors and manage expenses, including company credit cards, for the Accounts Payable side.
- Perform cash applications and support other AR areas.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience in AR and AP.
- Experience with Concur and SAP is a plus.
- Prior experience working with a CPG or pharmaceutical company.
- Must be available to work onsite five days a week.
