Join Baubap as Acquisition & Growth Manager and own the scaling of profitable users end-to-end , from first touchpoint to first loan disbursement , while maintaining strong and sustainable unit economics.

This role goes beyond paid media execution. You will be the owner of the acquisition and in-app lifecycle journey , from signup, KYC and onboarding setup , through approval and first disbursement , ensuring we acquire users in the right, profitable segments .

As Baubap scales, the challenge is not growth at any cost, but growth with discipline : optimizing ROAS, LTV/CAC ratio and payback period , while aligning acquisition with risk, portfolio quality and long-term value .
