Overview
Capgemini is seeking an Actuarial Analyst to support a leading U.S. insurance carrier.
The analyst will update Excel models, apply actuarial methodologies, conduct quarterly and annual reserve analyses, and collaborate closely with Accounting, Pricing, and Finance teams to ensure accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Update and maintain Excel models with monthly data.
Apply actuarial methodologies using loss development triangles to select appropriate loss and expense reserves.
Perform annual and quarterly reserve analyses, extracting data from data warehouses and modeling reserves by state and coverage.
Collaborate with Accounting, Pricing, and Finance teams to align on reserve calculations and reporting.
Support risk management decisions by modeling loss costs and reserve liabilities.
Qualifications
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in actuarial work relating to reserving, pricing, or risk analysis; preferred 4–6 years.
