About This Opportunity

Summary

Temporary full-time administrative role based in Candiac supporting Chanel's After‑Sales repairs for boutiques across Canada. The role coordinates client and stock repair requests, manages inventory and logistics, and maintains systems and performance KPIs. The administrator will work closely with artisans, boutiques and the Global team to ensure quality control and timely service.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and process repair requests from boutiques and clients, including initial assessments and communication with artisans.
  • Update and maintain systems (GRACE, Teams files) and required documentation.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, replenishment and quality control of spare parts and received goods.
  • Oversee logistics for repairs including receiving, packing and shipping of items.
  • Create and maintain KPIs and perform monthly or quarterly repair audits; elevate quality issues to the Global team.
