Education and/or Experience:
Computer Certification, Comptia A+, MCSE, MCITP, Assoc.
Degree 3-5 years related experience in a Desktop Support role ITIL or ITSM training or experience in a help desk environment.
Other Skills and Abilities:
Good Spoken and Written skills in Spanish & English a must.
Customer Service Skills Ability to take care of the customers’ needs while following company procedures.
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and projects Problem Solving - Ability to find a solution or to deal proactively with computer system issues.
