What you'll do
Responsibilities
Working in a team environment with primary reporting to the Manager, Administrative Services, and secondary reporting to the Manager, Student Services, you will:
Provide a full range of administrative support services to the A'paqt Project. The A'paqt Project supports female and Indigenous students' training for careers in the Marine Industry.
Track student awards, prepare cheque requisitions, check student account entries, receipt payments, prepare invoices, submit help desk tickets, answer incoming calls, provide support to students and assist with their inquiries, process refund requests, collect overdue accounts, enroll students, run queries, compile student data and work with student records.
Provide general office support to campus operations as required.
