**Document Hunter | Virtual Assistant**
Growing mortgage brokerage is looking for bilingual English/Spanish individuals with strong speaking/writing skills to be part of our family-oriented team. We are looking for a tech-savvy, detailed oriented, checklists/systems lover, caring individual that enjoys helping people and wants to see our clients succeed in becoming homeowners.
**Compensation**:
$3 - $5 hourly
**Responsibilities**:
- Take inbound calls with the utmost professionalism and phone etiquette
- Data enter clients into CRM (Salesforce), Google Contacts & Online Portal (Floify)
- Archive received documents in a pre-established/strict format into Dropbox
- Convert documents received in JPG or other image format documents to PDF format using Adobe Pro
- Update the need list in Salesforce and manually synchronize it with our online portal (Floify)
- Work on other data entry projects as required
