Administrative Information Specialist Mission To support the analysis and management of plant financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and expense control activities, ensuring accurate financial information and compliance with internal controls to support business decision-making.
Essential Functions - Analyze and control plant financial performance, including SPX, budget management, expense tracking (COQ, COL, COM, COP), and accurate accounting postings
- Support month-end closing activities, weekly reporting versus forecast, and ad hoc financial analysis
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting processes, including Hyperion uploads
- Follow up on cost-saving initiatives and support expense optimization activities
