Job Summary
Reporting to the Dean of Academic Systems (DAS), the Manager is responsible for the direct supervision of Scheduling, Admissions, and temporary help desk staff. The incumbent oversees the functioning of admissions and scheduling and makes recommendations to the DAS regarding process improvements.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Establishes critical paths for approval by the DAS and ensures adherence to deadlines
- Develops and oversees the implementation and application of departmental procedures
- Updates and maintains CLARA parameters related to admissions, scheduling, and registration (e.g., prerequisites, placement)
- Collaborates extensively with program and department chairs, program deans, students, and parents regarding admissions procedures, decisions, scheduling, pre‑registration, and registration
