Responsibilities - Ensure smooth new project launch at IEE GDL by being the interface between the overseas project development team and the local team
- Provide local input to process development activities for new products, including participation in APQP and feasibility reviews
- Create and maintain manufacturing process documentation such as Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEAs, and Control Plans
- Ensure that production equipment, tooling, fixtures, automation, and Poka-Yoke systems are implemented in Mexico in a timely manner
- Lead Run-at-Rate, trial builds, and support PPAP submissions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to advanced manufacturing technologies
