**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Work closely with Line of Business Leaders to ensure manufacturing plans are aligned to Product Roadmaps.
- Responsible for End of Line Testing Equipment, Parameters, scripts and Capex associated- Develop Advanced Manufacturing Engineers with a steadfast commitment to mentoring and leading from the front, responsible for team performance and growth.
- Provide tactical leadership to ensure the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering team will:- Develop and implement manufacturing plans for new products- Provide direct support for plant-to-plant product transfers and new product development programs.
- Support Vertiv manufacturing operations using standard processes, equipment, and manufacturing methods.
