Location: Prime Close, Rocky View County, AB (behind the Century Downs Racetrack/Casino in Balzac). This is not on a bus route.
Designers may be located in BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan or Manitoba.
Reporting to the Design Manager, Star Building Materials, Calgary, as the Advanced Wall Panel Designer you are responsible for creating the structural framework that supports the walls in buildings in accordance with architectural drawings. You may work with light metal plate connected wood trusses for roof and floor applications, prefabricated wood I-joists and structural composite lumber (SCL) in an engineered wood products (EWP) design and manufacturing environment with an increase in responsibilities compared to a Building Co...
