Position Summary

Williamsburg Adventures (WAD) Guides are outdoor and leadership enthusiasts who support an Adventure Lead in facilitating dynamic, hands‑on Adventure courses. Guides play a key role in mentoring students and helping create meaningful, engaging experiences in both outdoor and leadership settings.

1. Support Transformational Learning Experiences

• Assist the Adventure Lead in facilitating meaningful, hands‑on learning experiences aligned with the Williamsburg Adventures model
• Actively participate in and help guide 1:1 conversations, group discussions, and reflection before, during, and after activities
• Attend all required online and in‑person trainings (schedule provided prior to the school year)
• Additional remote hours may be available for grading assistance, as needed
