We are seeking a Partner Support Representative to join our newly created Affiliate Partner Support team.
In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance and information about our partner program.
You'll respond to general inquiries, provide guidance, and ensure a seamless support experience for partner customers and associated dealers.

- Respond to incoming inquiries from customers and/or dealers via phone in a professional and efficient manner
- Provide accurate information and support regarding the program, policies, and procedures
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the ticketing system
- Follow established workflows and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the correct internal function
