Ag Machinery Support Specialist - Parts/Service

Location: NORTH BATTLEFORD

Employment Terms: Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Strong internal/external customer service (professional, attentive, timely)
• Maintain ticketing system accurately for customer calls, texts, emails
• Work extended hours, weekends, holidays & when there are overflow calls
• Manage large amounts of inbound/outbound communications for both Parts & Service
• Identify & document customer needs, research issues, provide solutions
• Promote products/services when opportunity arises
• After hours support on work orders for technicians & dispatch
• Admin tasks & special projects as needed

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in ag industry as Parts/Service/Precision Ag Tech, in a customer‑facing/support role
• Technical training in Parts/Service an asset
