AGAT Laboratories is looking for a dedicated Payroll Administrator in a full-time, permanent role focused on data management and support for payroll functions.
You will report to the Payroll Supervisor while handling data entry for payroll, responding to employee questions, and assisting with reporting tasks. This role is key to maintaining accurate payroll processes and assisting the team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform data entry for verified payroll information
• Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll issues
• Support payroll report preparation
• Organize filing and administrative duties
• Assist with other related tasks as required
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• PCP designation in progress is strongly preferred
• Previous experience in payroll is beneficial
• Familiarity with ADP products is an asset
• Excellent communication in English is essential, with French being a considerable asset
