This role, reporting to the Regional Director, is pivotal in leading our Agency toward impactful child and youth development. Your mission is to align the Agency strategy and execute our strategic vision, oversee our Child Path Change Model, and foster operational excellence. As an innovative leader, you'll cultivate a high-performance culture aligned with CI's values. You'll champion staff development, accountability, and collaboration, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to our policies, including child safeguarding.
