  • Design TikTok LIVE Latam's agency growth strategy for recruiting, retaining, and helping agencies scale up on the platform.
  • Design agency benefit systems and growth programs to incentivize better performance and sustainable revenue growth.
  • Conduct day‑to‑day management with agency managers and their creators to materialize and iterate strategic programs to deliver business results.
  • Provide additional support to agencies and creators for content and platform guideline related needs.
