Agronomic Research Specialist

The Field Associate contributes to an R&D Field Trial program in crops such as canola, corn, or soybeans, depending on the region. This 19‑month term position is based out of the Headingly, Manitoba site.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and efficient operation of the research program in alignment with Bayer’s SSHE and Business Code of Conduct and Ethics Standards.
• Collaborate with project team members to deliver detailed experimental protocols that enable advancement decisions by scientists and placement decisions for customers.
• Operate research equipment, take notes, and manage data with internal IT systems.
• Leverage digital and mechanical platforms to collect, analyze, and deliver data on agronomic traits throughout the growing season.
