AI Adoption Lead (2-year term)

LeverageTek is actively seeking an AI Adoption Lead for its Ottawa-based customer.

Key Tasks

• Act as the primary advocate for AI adoption and awareness across the organization.
• Plan and deliver AI training sessions, demos, and learning initiatives for end‑users.
• Support middle‑tier users to adopt and leverage AI tools effectively.
• Write engaging posts and guides on the intranet to educate employees on AI capabilities and applications.
• Monitor AI adoption metrics and report usage trends and engagement to leadership.
• Facilitate collaboration between business units, power users, and IT teams to ensure successful AI integration.
• Manage the rollout of new AI features and coordinate awareness campaigns.
