The AI and Application Development Engineer is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend traditional backend development expertise with emerging AI technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high‑performance applications using Java and Spring Boot, coupled with MongoDB for data persistence.
