What You’ll Do

• Coordinate Shipments: Manage full-cycle ocean (FCL/LCL) and air import/export shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Booking & Tracking: Secure cargo bookings and monitor shipments from origin to destination, keeping internal teams and clients informed.
• Documentation: Prepare and review all essential shipping documentation, including B/L, AWB, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin.
• Customs Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Colombian customs regulations and international trade laws; collaborate with brokers for smooth clearance.
