About This Opportunity

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of Air Freight customer service representatives.
  • Provide guidance, support, and ongoing training to ensure a high level of customer service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely updates.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations governing air cargo, including customs requirements, security measures, and dangerous goods regulations.
  • Ensure efficient coordination with other departments to meet customer demands and expectations.
  • Proactively identify and address customer issues, working closely with the operations team to find timely solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Air Freight Manager Andean Region and other departments, such as sales to ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Implement corrective measures to prevent recurring issues and improve overall customer service quality.
